1. How do I place an order?
Three ways to order;
- Via our internet site.
- Phone your order through on 1300 78 35 06.
- Or by fax, print out an order form and fax your order through on 1300 78 35 07. Get your fax order form.
2. When I place and order how quickly is it delivered?
Orders place by 2pm for standard cakes and alcohol can be generally delivered the following business day. Cupcakes, Lamingtons, Slabs and Special Orders require at least 3-5 working days notice. Orders for the weekend or a Monday must be placed by 2pm on the Friday prior.
3. What time do you deliver?
Generally AM next weekday (Monday to Friday, special arrangements can be made for Saturdays) unless otherwise specified. When placing your order you may specify a time for the delivery and this will incur a delivery fee.
4. Where do you deliver?
Sydney Metro for our entire range. Hampers and Gift Vouchers are delivered Australia wide. For more detail see our

5. How do I pay?
Three ways to pay;
- Website using PayPal
- Phone and Fax: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX)
- Through establishing an Account
