what's the order cut-off time for next business day delivery?
A: Place your order by 2:30pm and we can deliver any of our standard cakes to your home or office on the next business day. We deliver Monday to Friday.
which areas do you deliver cakes to?
We deliver to all suburbs in the Sydney metropolitan area. That means from the Eastern Suburbs to the Penrith in the West. And from the Shire and South Western Sydney up to the Northern Beaches and Upper North Shore. We are based in Kingsford, so delivery is free for the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and most of the Eastern Suburbs and Inner City. We charge a small delivery fee to other suburbs of Sydney to cover our petrol and toll costs.
how do i make a payment?
Payments can be made either via:
1. Our secure Commonwealth Bank hosted payment system which accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards; or
2. PayPal
how do i sign up for the brownie points rewards system?
All you need to do is become a member. It’s free and easy. Just set up an account and you will automatically be eligible for our Brownie Points Rewards System. Every time you make a purchase you will automatically receive a $2 credit. So after 5 cakes you will be able to redeem a $10 discount on your next purchase. After 15 cakes you will be able to receive a free 8 inch cake with any cake purchase.
